Webserv is a larger team that works only with addiction and mental health programs. The Drug Rehab Agency is a small shop that publishes budget guidance. MGMT Digital, Healthcare Success and Dreamscape Marketing are healthcare agencies with rehab SEO pages. RehabAdmit runs SEO next to paid search and reports to the admission.
Disclosure: RehabAdmit publishes this list and is on it. Every fact about another agency comes from that agency's own website, checked October 22, 2026, with a link. Where an agency does not publish a price or a term, the table says "Not published."
How did we pick these drug rehab SEO agencies?
We started from agencies that sell SEO to treatment centers and read each one's own SEO service page. To make the list, an agency had to meet these tests:
- A rehab SEO page of its own: a page that describes drug rehab or addiction treatment SEO, not just general marketing.
- Treatment center clients: it works only with behavioral health, or names addiction treatment as a market it serves.
- Open about price or terms: published SEO prices or contract terms count most. Where an agency publishes neither, we say so.
- Proof it publishes: case studies or results the agency reports about its own SEO work, quoted as its claims.
We did not rank the agencies against each other. The order below is not a score.
How do the top rehab SEO agencies compare?

Which drug rehab SEO companies made the list?
Lead to Recovery
Lead to Recovery says it has run drug rehab SEO "for behavioral health providers only since 2019" (source). Its pricing page lists Local SEO from $750 a month per location, Regional SEO from $1,500 a month and National SEO from $7,500 a month, each with a 90-day minimum commitment (source).
It tracks calls and forms in CallTrackingMetrics, and your admissions team marks which inquiries admitted. Its rehab SEO page reports that a New Jersey center on a regional plan scoped at $3,000 a month averaged 6 to 8 new admissions a month from organic search, at $600 average cost per admission across six months (source).
Best for: centers that want a known SEO price matched to a local, regional or national market.
Digital Admits
Digital Admits calls itself a drug rehab SEO company for local and national treatment centers. It publishes three SEO plans: BUILD at $1,470 a month, GROW at $2,970 and SCALE at $4,970, with 25% off for yearly billing. It bills month-to-month with "No long-term contracts" (source).
Each plan lists its monthly output, such as landing pages, blog posts and citations. Digital Admits says it uses marketing attribution to tie calls, forms and admits back to their source (source). Its homepage claims "10,000+ admissions generated," and it is based in Orange County, California (source).
Best for: operators who want a fixed monthly SEO package they can cancel any month.
RehabAdmit
Disclosure: this is my agency. SEO is part of the programs we run for treatment centers doing $3M to $30M a year, next to paid search and admissions work. We have worked with renowned treatment centers with operations in Florida, California and Massachusetts, among other states.
Our rehab SEO covers the page map, technical setup, Google Business Profiles and tracking that ties calls and VOBs back to search. We report cost per VOB and cost per admission by channel. We charge a flat retainer of $5K to $25K a month, never per admission. There is no minimum term, and our 90-day guarantee says: if you don't see measurable admissions growth in 90 days, we keep working for free until you do. You own your site, Business Profiles, tracking numbers and data. We are not a lead vendor and we don't sell calls. See our rehab SEO services.
Where we do not fit: anyone who wants to pay per admission, and centers that want SEO alone at a low entry price. Lead to Recovery, Digital Admits and The Drug Rehab Agency all publish SEO starting points below our $5K floor.
Best for: established operators who want SEO and paid search in one flat fee, measured in VOBs and admissions.
Addiction Marketing Agency
Addiction Marketing Agency says it works "exclusively with addiction treatment and behavioral health providers," with 10+ years in that market. It works month-to-month, and either side can end the deal with 30 days' written notice (source).
Its drug rehab SEO page says engagements "start at $3,000 a month" and that it takes one client per area (source). It says you own your ad accounts, analytics, tracking numbers and data. As proof, it cites a Global Search Awards 2024 finalist campaign that took a new luxury rehab to 100+ page-one keywords (source).
Best for: centers that want a small specialist team with no lock-in.
Behavioral Health Partners
Behavioral Health Partners, based in Denver, pairs consulting (feasibility, licensing, accreditation) with SEO, paid media, web and video (source). It takes one treatment center per market at each level of care, so a detox and an IOP in the same metro can both be clients (source).
Its drug rehab SEO page lists packages "from $6,500 per month for essentials to $50,000 or more per month for custom programs," quoted on the second call. It says partnerships run 6 or 12 months, and that competitive organic keywords "usually stabilize on page one within 4 to 6 months." It also says no to ranking guarantees, and tells you to "walk away from anyone who does" (source).
Best for: new or growing centers that want consulting and SEO from one firm, with no rival at their level of care.
Webserv
Webserv says it has supported addiction and mental health facilities since 2017 and is "Trusted by 200+ Treatment centers nationwide" (source). Its SEO service covers keyword research, technical SEO, content, local SEO and AI search, with a dedicated SEO strategist and account manager (source).
Webserv does not post an SEO price list. In its own agency roundup, it places itself in a tier that charges "$8,000-$20,000/month" for single-facility work, depending on the mix of SEO, paid, content and analytics (source). Its Southern California Sunrise case study reports 85 admissions from organic search in six months (source).
Best for: operators who want a large team that works only in behavioral health.
The Drug Rehab Agency
The Drug Rehab Agency says it "exclusively serves the recovery community by providing drug rehab SEO." It gives budget guidance on its SEO page: around $5,000 a month for national SEO, for roughly 6 to 8 months, and $1,500 to $3,500 a month for local SEO, which "takes roughly 4 months to achieve results" (source).
It says it was founded in 2014, creates marketing plans for more than 60 treatment centers and runs a team of fewer than 10 employees (source).
Best for: single-location centers that want a small team and a rough budget before the first call.
MGMT Digital
MGMT Digital calls itself "a boutique digital marketing agency that specializes in the behavioral healthcare industry," and dates its work to 2017. It claims its clients "typically see a 80-100% increase in organic keywords within the first 3-6 months," and its Sequoia Detox case study headline reports a "983% Increase in Keyword Rankings" (source).
Its drug rehab SEO page covers keyword research, local SEO, long-tail content and technical audits, and its service menu also lists LegitScript consulting. It lists Los Angeles and Miami. It does not publish SEO prices or contract terms (source).
Best for: centers that want SEO, web design and LegitScript help from one boutique team.
Healthcare Success
Healthcare Success, based in Irvine, California, says it has "over 25 years of specialized digital marketing experience in addiction treatment." It sells SEO with content, paid search, branding and other channels, and it argues for an integrated plan over SEO and PPC alone (source).
Its addiction treatment page reports a 686% increase in year-over-year organic clicks for one addiction client, comparing November 2022 to January 2023 with the same months a year later. It does not publish SEO prices or contract terms (source).
Best for: larger groups that want SEO inside a broader healthcare marketing plan.
Dreamscape Marketing
Dreamscape Marketing says it was founded in 2005 and calls itself a healthcare digital marketing agency (source). Its addiction treatment SEO page cites "70+ Digital Experts on 8 Highly Specialized Teams" (source).
The same page says it writes content aimed at insurance groups, substances, states, cities, symptoms and treatment types, and that it gets links through bloggers who are in recovery themselves. It does not publish SEO prices or contract terms (source).
Best for: operators who want SEO, web design and other channels from one large agency.
What should a drug rehab SEO agency deliver?
Addiction treatment SEO has to work inside two sets of rules: Google's standards for health content and LegitScript's rules for treatment websites. A good drug rehab SEO company should cover five areas and show you each one in its reports:
- A page map: pages for each level of care, location and payer question people search for.
- Technical setup: a fast, crawlable site with structured data that matches the page.
- Google Business Profiles: one per real location.
- Content with named authors: accurate pages with clear bylines and sources.
- Tracking to admissions: calls and forms from search tied to VOBs and admissions, not just rankings.
That is the scope of our rehab SEO services, and it is a fair checklist for any proposal you get.
What does Google expect from addiction treatment SEO?
Rehab content falls into what Google calls "Your Money or Your Life" topics. Google says its systems "give even more weight" to content with strong E-E-A-T on topics that could affect people's health, and that "Of these aspects, trust is most important" (source).
Google's spam policy also names doorway abuse. Its examples include "multiple domain names or pages targeted at specific regions or cities that funnel users to one page" and near-identical pages that look more like search results than a clear, browseable site structure (source). If an agency plans dozens of city pages, ask how each page differs and whether you serve those places.
What does LegitScript check on a rehab website?
Your website is part of LegitScript certification. Its Website Content standard says the site "must conspicuously disclose the physical address of the facility/ies where services are rendered," that "All photographs" must truthfully depict your facilities, and that content "must not misrepresent the scope or location of services" (source). An SEO agency that writes pages for you should know these rules. Our LegitScript guide covers the full process.
How long does rehab SEO take?
Plan in months. In Google's video on hiring an SEO, Google said "the SEO will need four months to a year to help your business first implement improvements and then see potential benefit," as reported by The SEM Post (source). Agency estimates on this list fall inside that range: Behavioral Health Partners says 4 to 6 months for competitive page-one terms (source), and The Drug Rehab Agency says about 4 months for local SEO (source).
How should you compare addiction treatment SEO agencies?
Google suggests asking any SEO: "What kind of results do you expect to see, and in what timeframe? How do you measure your success?" It also warns: "No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google" (source). For a treatment center, add these questions:
- What is your cost per VOB and cost per admission from SEO on programs like mine? Rankings and traffic are not the goal. Admissions are.
- How do you tie an organic call to an admission? Ask about call tracking and how your admissions team confirms admits.
- Do you know LegitScript's website rules?
- Who owns the site, the Business Profiles and the tracking numbers if we part ways?
- What is the minimum term? Published terms on this list run from month-to-month to 12 months.
- How is your fee set? We treat per-admission pricing as patient brokering risk and won't price that way. The federal statute covers anyone who pays remuneration "to induce a referral of an individual to a recovery home, clinical treatment facility, or laboratory" (18 U.S.C. § 220). Courts and lawyers differ on how it applies to marketing pay. Our EKRA guide covers the Schena ruling and both views.
The number to ask about: cost per admission from organic search. Lead to Recovery reports $600 per admission for one New Jersey center (source). In our experience, admissions from SEO run from a few hundred dollars up to $2,000 to $5,000. Ask any agency, us included, for that number on programs like yours before you sign.

Frequently asked questions
How much does drug rehab SEO cost?
The lowest published SEO price on this list is Lead to Recovery's Local SEO, from $750 a month per location. Its National SEO starts at $7,500 a month (source). Digital Admits' plans run $1,470 to $4,970 a month (source). Addiction Marketing Agency starts at $3,000 a month (source). Behavioral Health Partners lists $6,500 to $50,000+ a month (source). Webserv estimates 2026 treatment center SEO retainers at $2,500 to $5,000 a month for a single location, $6,000 to $15,000 for regional groups and $15,000 to $50,000+ for national networks (source). RehabAdmit charges a flat $5K to $25K a month for a wider program.
How long does addiction treatment SEO take to work?
Plan on months, not weeks. Google has said an SEO will need four months to a year to make changes and see potential benefit, as reported by The SEM Post (source). Agencies on this list quote 4 to 6 months for competitive terms (source).
Can a rehab SEO agency guarantee first-page rankings?
No. Google says "No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google" and warns against SEOs that claim to (source). Behavioral Health Partners (source) and Addiction Marketing Agency (source) both say they do not guarantee rankings.
Are city landing pages safe for drug rehab SEO?
Only if each page is real and useful. Google's spam policy lists pages "targeted at specific regions or cities that funnel users to one page" as doorway abuse (source). Build pages for places you serve, with content that differs from page to page.
Does LegitScript affect my website, or only my ads?
Your website is part of the review. LegitScript's Website Content standard requires a clear facility address, truthful photos and no misrepresentation of the scope or location of services (source). See our LegitScript guide.
Should I pay a drug rehab SEO company per admission?
We don't, and we suggest a flat fee. We treat per-admission pricing as patient brokering risk. 18 U.S.C. § 220 covers paying anyone "to induce a referral of an individual to a recovery home, clinical treatment facility, or laboratory," and courts and lawyers differ on how it applies to marketing pay. Read our EKRA guide.
What should a rehab SEO agency report each month?
Calls, forms, VOBs and admissions from organic search, plus cost per admission. Rankings and traffic matter only as steps toward those. Lead to Recovery, for one, tracks organic calls in CallTrackingMetrics and has your admissions team mark which inquiries admitted (source).
Month-to-month or a long contract for rehab SEO?
Both exist. Digital Admits and Addiction Marketing Agency work month-to-month, Lead to Recovery has a 90-day minimum, and Behavioral Health Partners runs 6 or 12 months. Webserv writes that most treatment center SEO contracts are 6, 12 or 24 months, with lower monthly rates for longer terms (source). RehabAdmit has no minimum term.
