This page lists nine agencies that design addiction treatment websites, plus RehabAdmit. For each one we name only the treatment center sites the agency names on its own portfolio or case study pages. We do not grade design taste. We give you a sourced checklist of what a rehab site must get right, and we show which agencies say in public that they cover each item.
Disclosure: RehabAdmit publishes this list and is on it. Every fact about another agency comes from that agency's own website, checked October 22, 2026, with a link. Where an agency does not publish something, the table says "Not stated" or "Not published." The order of the list is not a ranking.
How did we pick these website design agencies?
We started from agencies that sell addiction treatment website design under that name. We kept an agency only if we could load its pages on October 22, 2026, and confirm each claim word for word. We dropped Dreamscape Marketing: its addiction treatment portfolio page loaded, but it named no client sites in the page we could read.
- Named examples: treatment center or behavioral health sites the agency itself names as its work
- Checklist coverage: whether the agency's own page says it handles LegitScript, speed, mobile, privacy on forms and accessibility
- Price: a published project price, or "Not published"
- Timeline: a published build time, or "Not published"
What must an addiction treatment website have?
Use this list to judge any agency's past work, including ours. Each item links to the rule or guidance it comes from.
- Address and services on the site. LegitScript's standard says the site "must conspicuously disclose the physical address of the facility/ies where services are rendered, and the specific nature of services provided" (source). Its checklist adds that keeping addresses off the site to protect patient privacy is "understandable and compliant in many circumstances," so confirm your case with LegitScript (source).
- Real photos. "All photographs on the applicant's website must truthfully and accurately depict applicant's facilities" (source).
- Only licensed services, honest scope. You must be "adequately licensed for the services they offer and in the jurisdictions they serve," and content "must not misrepresent the scope or location of services" (source).
- Only vetted facilities listed. LegitScript says facilities you don't certify are fine "as long as they are not listed on your website" (source).
- A privacy policy. "When required by law, the applicant must post its privacy policy on its website" (source). The checklist asks for a "HIPAA compliant privacy policy easily accessible to anyone who might visit" if you handle protected health information (source).
- Evidence behind numbers. "Guarantees and statistics should always be supported by evidence" (source).
- Google speed thresholds. Google asks for Largest Contentful Paint within the first 2.5 seconds, Interaction to Next Paint under 200 milliseconds and Cumulative Layout Shift under 0.1 (source), measured at "the 75th percentile of page loads, segmented across mobile and desktop devices" (source).
- Full content on mobile. Google indexes "the mobile version of a site's content" and says: "Make sure that your mobile site contains the same content as your desktop site" (source).
- Care with tracking and forms. HHS guidance says regulated entities "are not permitted to use tracking technologies in a manner that would result in impermissible disclosures" of PHI to tracking vendors. It says booking forms on public pages "may have access to PHI in certain circumstances" and cookie banners "do not constitute a valid HIPAA authorization." A June 20, 2024 court order vacated a portion of that guidance, so have counsel review your setup (source).
- Accessibility. The ADA lists the "professional office of a health care provider" as a public accommodation (source). The Justice Department says the ADA applies to what businesses offer "on the web," has no detailed web regulation for businesses, and points to WCAG as guidance (source). WCAG 2.2 became a W3C Recommendation on 12 December 2024. Its AA level includes text contrast of "at least 4.5:1" and touch targets of "at least 24 by 24 CSS pixels" (source).
Why LegitScript matters for the site itself: Google says that to advertise addiction services "you must be certified as an addiction services provider by the LegitScript Certification program" (source). Our LegitScript compliance guide walks through the review. For how we build to this list, see our addiction treatment website design service.

Which checklist items does each agency say it covers?
"Says so" means the agency's own page states it. "Not stated" means we did not find it on the pages we checked. It does not mean the agency skips the item. Ask.

An agency saying it covers an item is a claim, not a test result. We did not measure any agency's client sites for this page.
What does each agency show in its portfolio?
Webserv
Webserv's website design page lists three one-time prices: the entry tier at $8,000 (up to 10 pages, 1 location), Growth at $15,000 (up to 20 pages, 3 locations) and Enterprise at $25,000 (40+ pages, 5+ locations). Maintenance runs $250/mo, $450/mo or $750 to $950/mo by tier. Sites are built on WordPress and Elementor (source). The same page's FAQ says most addiction treatment website builds run $25,000 to $80,000 depending on scope, so ask which tier fits your site.
It names four client sites: Pinnacle Health Group (a multi-location rebuild), Coastal Detox (a redesign with "simplified paths to call or verify insurance"), Refine Recovery (a new brand in a "crowded Los Angeles market") and Back2Basics (a rebuild of an older brand). On the checklist, Webserv says "We build every treatment center website to meet LegitScript standards," and it lists "ADA accessible design patterns," "HIPAA conscious form and data handling" and "Sub-2 second load times on mobile" (source).
Best for: centers that want a fixed project price and a page that names every checklist item.
Lead to Recovery
Lead to Recovery's design portfolio lists 24 sites. Treatment programs on it include Fort Behavioral Health, Camelback Recovery, Virtue Recovery Center, Greenbranch Recovery, Overcome NJ, Changing Tides, Brookside Addiction Treatment Services, Turning Point Healing Centers and Clinic Les Alpes (source). A client quote from New Day Recovery on its web design page speaks to "the website design process" (source).
Its pricing page lists website design and development from $4,800, says projects "start at 5 weeks depending on the size" of the site, and describes "responsive, mobile-optimized websites designed to be user-friendly and accessible" (source). It also sells mental health web design as its own service (source).
Best for: buyers who want to click through a long list of live rehab sites before they call.
RehabAdmit
Disclosure: this is my agency. We build and rebuild sites for treatment centers doing $3M to $30M a year, as part of the same programs that run their SEO and paid search. We have worked with renowned treatment centers with operations in Florida, California and Massachusetts, among other states. A build includes a page for each level of care and location written to pass LegitScript review, call tracking and forms set up with privacy in mind, structured data with one location entry per facility, fast mobile templates, WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, and reporting that ties calls and forms to VOBs and admissions. We also build for mental-health-only programs. Details are on our addiction treatment website design page.
We charge a flat monthly retainer of $5K to $25K, never per admission, with no minimum term and ad spend separate. You own your site, tracking numbers and data. Our 90-day guarantee: if you don't see measurable admissions growth in 90 days, we keep working for free until you do.
Where we do not fit: you want a one-time website project with a published price and no ongoing marketing. Webserv, Lead to Recovery or Behavioral Health Partners fit that better.
Best for: established operators who want the site, SEO and paid search run by one team and reported in VOBs and admissions.
MGMT Digital
MGMT Digital's case studies name three rehab sites it built or redesigned. It says it "built Hammocks on the Edisto a new website with branding" (source). It "redesigned the branding and website for ARP" (Atlanta Recovery Place) and reports a 380% increase in overall conversions (source). It redesigned Sequoia Detox's site, then "redesigned their website for a second time," and reports a 762% increase in overall conversions (source). Those figures are MGMT's own.
MGMT also helps with LegitScript: "MGMT Digital is very experienced in applying for these certifications, as we have done it for many of our clients" (source). Its design page promises a "newly designed, formatted and responsive website" and lists offices in Los Angeles and Miami (source).
Best for: an outdated rehab site that needs a redesign, ongoing SEO and help with the LegitScript application.
Active Marketing
Active Marketing says it "has specialized in growing admissions at addiction treatment centers since 2004" (source). Its work page names three behavioral health projects. For Ripple Ranch it built content and "intuitive UX" to bring clinical insights "to life through a clear, compelling digital presence." For a mental health provider named on the same page, it redesigned the homepage "for clarity, accessibility, and conversion" for visitors seeking mental health care. For CNV Detox it created the brand and says "We created a website, and print materials" (source).
Its design services page lists "Mobile-first and responsive design" and "Accessibility-aware design decisions" (source). We found no published prices on the pages we checked.
Best for: a center that wants a new brand identity and website built together.
Behavioral Health Partners
Behavioral Health Partners says "Thirty days to a live, ranking-ready website is the standard on every engagement." It sets an under-three-second mobile load benchmark for every page, says its sites meet Google's speed metrics when tested "on real devices," and lists "HIPAA-conscious data handling." It shoots the video and photography and writes the content, saying "we produce all three in-house." Pricing is "flat project fees quoted after the audit," and it takes one treatment center per market, per level of care (source).
The page names one client site. Chris Henning of Northwoods Haven says: "Our new IOP program is launching, and the website they built looks amazing." The agency also says clients keep "the domain, hosting access, design files, content, photography, video, and analytics" (source).
Best for: a new or growing program that needs a live site in a month with real photos and video.
Healthcare Success
Healthcare Success builds sites for "hospitals, health systems, multi-location groups, specialty practices" and says it has 20+ years of healthcare experience. Its website design page features Beach House Rehab Center, where the client wanted "a much more modern, inviting website" that was easier to use (source).
On the checklist it lists "HIPAA & ADA Compliance: Built-in trust, accessibility, and compliance," "Fast-loading pages" and mobile design. It says it works with the accessibility company User Way on ADA compliance (source).
Best for: health systems and multi-service groups with a rehab line that want one agency across all their sites.
Digital Admits
Digital Admits builds "Mental Health & Drug Rehab Website Design." It says every page gets 17 elements meant to raise conversions, that its plan covers 11 must-have pages, and that each build runs through a "49 point SEO checklist." Its process lists "SEO and accessibility checks," responsive design for desktop, tablet and mobile, and "Fast loading" pages (source).
The page names one client site. Michael Castanon of Alter Behavioral Health says the team "did an extraordinary job rebuilding our entire website and online presence" (source).
Best for: owners who want a set list of pages and conversion parts on every site.
Addiction Marketing Agency
Addiction Marketing Agency's case study page reports work in 9 countries and markets and 3 languages (English, Spanish, Dutch). It lists brand identity projects with web and type for Sierra Recovery, a residential rehab in Spain, and Orchid Recovery Thailand, a boutique rehab in Chiang Mai (source).
Its web design page says it builds sites that are "beautiful, fast, accessible and conversion-focused" and puts timelines at a few weeks to a couple of months (source). Its homepage promises "ADA-compliant websites," lists Google speed metric work and "HIPAA readiness," calls its paid campaigns "LegitScript-aware," and says it works month-to-month with 30 days' notice, one client per area (source).
Best for: rehabs that serve patients across borders or need a site in more than one language.
Cardinal Digital Marketing
Cardinal's website design page shows client sites for Greater Good Health, Hightop Health, Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine, Dayton Children's Hospital, plus one more provider group. None of them is an addiction treatment center. The page does say Cardinal "helped launch a new behavioral health brand and increased TMS lead volume 1000%," without naming the brand (source).
Cardinal "works almost exclusively with WordPress." It says every site is responsive and "fast and load quickly," and its build includes a first-pass ADA compliance test. For a site that "supports dozens of locations," it says the build "can take several months" (source).
Best for: large multi-location provider groups where rehab is one service line among many.
What should you ask before you hire a rehab website designer?
- Show me three live treatment center sites you built, and tell me what you changed on each.
- How do you handle the address, photo and licensing rules in LegitScript's standards?
- Which tracking scripts go on our forms, and has counsel reviewed that setup?
- What are the LCP, INP and CLS numbers for your recent client sites on mobile?
- Which WCAG level do you build to, and how do you test it?
- Who owns the domain, hosting, design files and analytics when the project ends?

Frequently asked questions
What should an addiction treatment website include?
Per LegitScript's standards: your facility address and services, real photos, only the services you are licensed for, and a privacy policy where the law requires one (source). Add fast mobile pages that meet Google's LCP, INP and CLS thresholds (source), careful handling of tracking on forms (source), and accessibility built to WCAG (source).
How much does an addiction treatment website cost?
Few agencies publish prices. Webserv lists $8,000, $15,000 and $25,000 one-time tiers (source). Lead to Recovery starts at $4,800 (source). Behavioral Health Partners quotes a flat project fee after its audit (source). Webserv's own FAQ says most rehab builds run $25,000 to $80,000 depending on scope. The other agencies here do not publish website prices.
How long does a rehab website take to build?
Behavioral Health Partners says 30 days to a live site (source). Lead to Recovery says projects start at 5 weeks (source). Addiction Marketing Agency says a few weeks to a couple of months (source). Cardinal says a site that supports dozens of locations can take several months (source).
Does a mental health website need LegitScript certification?
LegitScript's checklist says locations that only offer mental health treatment don't need its addiction treatment certification (source). Google's certification rule applies to ads for addiction services (source). If your site lists any addiction treatment, check with LegitScript first.
Can we use Meta Pixel or Google Analytics on a treatment center site?
Be careful. HHS guidance says regulated entities may not use tracking in a way that causes impermissible disclosures of PHI to vendors, and that cookie banners are not a valid HIPAA authorization. A June 20, 2024 court order vacated part of that guidance, so have counsel review your setup (source).
Does a rehab website have to meet WCAG?
The ADA lists the professional office of a health care provider as a public accommodation (source). The Justice Department says the ADA applies to what businesses offer on the web, has no detailed web regulation for businesses, and points to WCAG as guidance (source). WCAG 2.2 AA is the current W3C target (source).
How fast should a treatment center website load?
Google asks for Largest Contentful Paint within 2.5 seconds, Interaction to Next Paint under 200 milliseconds and Cumulative Layout Shift under 0.1 (source), measured at the 75th percentile of page loads on mobile and desktop (source). Google indexes the mobile version of your site (source).
Does my rehab website have to show our address?
LegitScript's standard says the site must conspicuously disclose your facility address and services (source). Its checklist also says keeping addresses off the site to protect patient privacy is understandable and compliant in many circumstances (source). Confirm your case with LegitScript before you decide.
